We start with a free 20-minute strategy call. You’ll walk me through where you are, what’s been tried, and what’s not working.

If we’re a good fit, I’ll either:

• Recommend a one-off audit or sprint

• Or propose ongoing monthly support (depending on your goals)

There’s no fluff — just an honest review and a clear way forward.

Audit or Strategy Sprint

This is where the heavy lifting starts. I’ll:

• Audit your current funnel, campaigns, or website

• Analyse what’s working, what’s not, and where you’re losing leads or money

• Research your competitors, audience intent, and performance data

• Deliver a full report or strategy plan — complete with priorities, projections, and next steps

This usually takes 10–15 working days depending on complexity.

Ongoing Monthly Reviews

For ongoing clients, I offer monthly consulting support to:

• Review performance and KPIs

• Spot issues before they become expensive

• Suggest key optimisations or pivots

• Answer questions, test new ideas, or refocus strategy

Calls are usually 60 minutes, with a written summary and next steps.
